The Top 3 Questions.

The three things every contractor asks first. The short version is right here.

01

What does it cost?

$1,500–$3,500/mo by plan, plus an optional $2,000 Authority Website we recommend (a one-time add-on you keep). Ad spend is separate, paid to Meta/Google directly. No contracts.

02

How fast am I live?

5 business days from kickoff. We install your plan's full system — ads, CRM, follow-up, the AI receptionist on Grow and Scale, plus the optional website — then turn it on. No multi-month onboarding.

03

What do I own?

Everything. Site, domain, ad accounts, CRM data, automations — all under your login. Cancel tomorrow and it keeps running. Yours forever.

SECTION 01 //

Pricing

Q.01What's the full cost breakdown?
Three parts. (1) Plan fee: $1,500/mo Launch, $2,500/mo Grow (most popular), $3,500/mo Scale. (2) Authority Website: an optional $2,000 one-time add-on we recommend — yours to keep if you add it. (3) Ad spend: separate, paid directly to Meta and Google — we never mark it up. Example: a Grow operator pays $2,500/mo plan + ad spend, plus $2,000 once at setup if they add the website. Run your own numbers ›
Q.02Is there a contract?
No contracts. Month-to-month, cancel anytime. We invest heavily up front in your 5 business day install, so we'd rather earn the relationship every month than lock you into an annual term.
Q.03Why is ad spend separate?
Because it's yours. You pay Meta and Google directly — we never touch or mark up your budget, and we don't charge a percentage of it. That means we have no incentive to inflate spend and every incentive to drive your cost per lead down. One HVAC operator went from $80 to $18 per lead on the same budget.
Q.04What do you recommend I budget for ads?
As a starting point: around $1,500/mo on Launch, $2,500/mo on Grow, and $4,000+/mo on Scale. It's tracked in your CRM with full attribution, so you see exactly what each dollar returns. The simulator gives you a realistic projection before you sign.
Q.05Can I pay monthly, twice a month, or quarterly?
Yes. Every plan offers 3 billing cadences: Monthly (the standard rate, our default), Semi-Monthly (2 payments a month, priced at roughly 13.3% over the monthly rate for the added flexibility, each payment rounded to the nearest $25), or Quarterly Prepay (3 months upfront for a flat 10% off the monthly rate). Example on Grow: $2,500/mo, or 2 × $1,425 semi-monthly, or $6,750/qtr — save $750. Switch cadence at any renewal.
Q.06How do I pay for the Authority Website, and what if I need changes?
50% upfront to start the build, 50% before launch. Your site goes live the moment that final payment clears; the final invoice is triggered at staging approval, or 14 days after we hand off staging for your review, whichever comes first. 3 review rounds are included, up to 10 revision items each — not 30 items pooled together, and unused items don't roll over. A revision item is a discrete change to existing scope (a copy edit, image swap, styling tweak, layout adjustment); new pages, features, or sections are scope changes, quoted separately. Need more than 3 rounds? Additional rounds are available and quoted before we start.
SECTION 02 //

Territory

Q.07How does one operator per city work?
One contractor per metro per trade. Once your city is locked, we will not sign your competitor — full stop. Unlike a shared-lead marketplace, no lead we generate gets sold to three or four other contractors at once. The territory is yours for as long as you stay active. This is the entire reason the model works: your spend compounds instead of funding five other shops down the street.
Q.08What if my market is already taken?
We protect the operator who's already in. If your exact city and trade are locked, we'll tell you straight and point you to the next best available market. Check availability › before a competitor does.
Q.09Is this a franchise?
No. DTG is not a franchise. You own your business, your territory, your customer relationships, and all the equity. We provide the system and run it — you keep everything.
Q.10What trades do you serve?
10 trades: roofing, HVAC, kitchen remodel, bath remodel, epoxy flooring, windows + doors, flooring, pool + outdoor, landscaping, and general contractors. Each gets a trade-specific playbook on top of the same 9-system spine. If your trade isn't on that list, we're probably not your fit.
Q.11Who is this NOT for?
New contractors with no track record, trades outside our list, owners who want to micromanage every ad headline, markets where your competitor is already locked in with us, and anyone shopping purely on price.
SECTION 03 //

Install

Q.12How long until I'm live?
5 business days from kickoff. We diagnose and lock your territory first, then install your plan's full system — Meta ads (plus Google Ads + LSA on Grow and Scale), your CRM, the AI receptionist (Grow and Scale), and email/SMS follow-up (plus the optional Authority Website we recommend) — and turn it on. We don't pre-sell timelines; we publish them.
Q.13What exactly gets installed?
The 9 systems, by plan: Meta Ads (every plan), Google Ads + LSA (Grow and Scale), an AI receptionist that answers in under 12 seconds (Grow and Scale), a CRM (use your own, or our recommended KaChing CRM — every plan), email + SMS follow-up (basic on Launch, full on Grow, plus reactivation on Scale), reporting dashboards (every plan), reputation management and social media management (Scale), and the Authority Website we recommend as a one-time add-on. One connected machine, not nine disconnected tools.
Q.14Do I need sales or marketing experience?
No. The system is built for contractors. We install it, run it, and report on it. You focus on the jobs it books — the AI receptionist and follow-up sequences handle the leads even when you're on a roof.
Q.15What happens if results dip?
Every system has a monitoring layer. When a number dips, we reinforce the responsible system — ad, landing page, follow-up, or intake — rather than guessing at the channel. That reinforcement is included in your monthly plan. We don't charge "optimization fees" for things that should already work.
SECTION 04 //

Ownership

Q.16What do I actually own?
Everything we build. Website code and domain, ad accounts, CRM data, automations, content, and brand assets — all under your name and login. If you cancelled tomorrow, the infrastructure stays running. Try saying that about your current agency.
Q.17Why a one-time fee for the website on top of monthly?
The Authority Website is an optional add-on we recommend — not bundled into the plan — but it's the foundation we'd build for you: your owned codebase, on your domain, with local SEO built in and forms wired into your CRM. Add it once for $2,000 and you own it forever. Monthly covers ad management, CRM operations, the AI receptionist, monitoring, and reinforcement.
Q.18What happens if I cancel?
A clean handoff. You keep the site, the data, the accounts, and the integrations. We document the stack and walk your in-house person or next vendor through it. No lockout, no hostage data, no revenge code.
Q.19Do you guarantee leads?
No — and run from anyone who does. We guarantee the infrastructure, the deployment, and the reinforcement loop. Lead volume depends on your market, ad budget, and trade. What we can show is what the owned system does to your economics: operators have driven CPL from $80 to $18.
